With 20 years of experience in the industry, Saadia Ajana and Bertrand Joubert founded Faactopi with a shared conviction: production systems must become more flexible, more agile and capable of adapting to evolving industrial needs. Their ambition: to rethink traditional production models by combining industrial expertise, technological innovation and new approaches to manufacturing.

Backed by 20 years of experience in the industry, Saadia Ajana and Bertrand Joubert founded Faactopi with a shared conviction: production systems must become more flexible, more agile and capable of adapting to the changing needs of industry.

Their ambition: to rethink traditional production models by combining industrial expertise, technological innovation and new approaches to manufacturing.

Saadia AJANA

CEO & Co-founder

A graduate of the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC), Saadia has 20 years of experience in the industry, notably at Faurecia and Symbio, where she held roles in commercial management and the leadership of international industrial programmes.

Her expertise covers industrial strategy, business development, and operational transformation within the automotive and hydrogen mobility sectors.

Bertrand JOUBERT

COO & Co-founder

A graduate of the École Polytechnique, Bertrand has 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, engineering, and industrial operations, notably within the automotive and hydrogen mobility sectors.

His background combines production management, product strategy, and industrial transformation, with expertise in deploying and optimising operations.
